Please allow up to 10 days for your email to be removed from our promotional mailing list. Note that even if you remove your email from our mailing list, you will still receive order confirmations and updates via email and you consent to receive same.

3. How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

The use of this site, including but not limited to, all landing pages, directories, individual pages, product listings is for consumers, customers, and those interested in purchasing office supplies or related products and services from us. Under no circumstances are users of the site permitted, in any way whatsoever, to copy, use, or take, any of the images, data, information, pricing, metadata, code, or other data related to this site. Web scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction by any user, unless previously authorized in writing by 123 Office, is strictly and expressly prohibited. 123 Office reserves all of its rights, in law and equity in connection with any breach or failure to comply with the Limitation of Use.
